I might’ve stumbled upon the key to speedy checkout times at the supermarket. Then again, maybe not.

    I have never seen a guy:

    - write a check
    - scrutinize prices
    - use coupons
    - ask for a price check
    - argue with the cashier
    - have a friendly conversation about timmy’s macaroni art project with the cashier.
    - etc

    So yeah, I guess the amount of goods in the cart don’t always dictate the time you’ll be in line. I’ll be conscious of this next time I’m at the HEB.
